Brighouse - a thriving town
This blog is updated regularly and is a collection of anything I find that has a connection with the area. Everyone is invited to add their own articles and information but there will be a small charge for any advertising.

Brighouse sits in the centre of M62 corridor which makes it an obvious base for several companies. This is all too apparent with the Armitage Road and Birds Royd Lane Industrial estates.
Converted mills are now modern apartments, new sports facilities and some classy housing areas(Clifton and Fixby) are close by and show signs that the town is making progress, but Brighouse still has a large number of old terraced houses and out of date estates where modernisation is long overdue.
There are numerous activities here including a redundant flour mill converted into an indoor climbing centre, a modern fitness centre, a plush cricket club etc.
